Thanks, again, for the very thorough inspection you did of the home we are planning to buy. I was extremely pleased with how meticulous you were onsite, the walk-through summary you did with me and our real estate agent and then the extremely detailed written report.
The written report made seeking estimates from a contractor very easy.

Comment: I called John and ordered an inspection on a condo we have under contract. He talked to me prior to the inspection to see if I had any specific areas of concerns to ensure he addressed those things in detail. He conducted the inspection in just 2 days after I requested and in plenty of time to beat the required inspection completion date. He provided a typed up report including numerous digital pictures on the same date as he made the inspection. John clearly has a critical eye for detail. I called him after that to ask some questions where I wasn’t sure and he talked to me for 20 minutes and answered all my questions and then some. I coudnt be happier with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.

We have bought several homes over the years and John’s inspection was by far the most thorough and detailed of any inspection we have ever had done. He also provided the report in a rapid fashion, and provided so much detail in the report it was easy to determine what needed to be addressed by the seller before closing.

We used John (Inspection Doctor) for a condo at Lake of the Ozarks. The inspection was done very quickly. The report we received was extremely thorough and informative. Based on the report, we saved far more money than the cost of the inspection. John even went out of his way to take some measurements for us in the condo since we live 150 miles away.
